WOODLAWN COPPER ZINC SILVER GOLD PROJECT
Location: New South Wales, Australia
Ownership: 100% Tri Origin Minerals Ltd. (Australia)
Size: 150.1 Square Kilometres

Drilling to test for repetitions or extensions to the 18 million tonne Woodlawn past-producing mine and at newly identified regional geophysical & geochemical targets

This project was acquired during the bottom of the recent bear market with a resource of about 1 million tonnes remaining at mine closure in 1998. Tri Origin controls mineral rights to the entire district including the Woodlawn mine and two other past producing deposits. Woodlawn was the third largest metal producing district in the state with a total pre-mining resource worth over $3 billion at today's metal prices. Woodlawn was a medium sized, high-grade VHMS deposit by world standards. This type of deposit is known to occur in clusters with a number of small and a few medium-sized and in many cases, one large world-class deposit. A drill program to test a possible offset of the Woodlawn orebody and numerous anomalies that lie along the interpreted extension of the Woodlawn Mine stratigraphy will be carried out in 2005. Management believes that significant potential exists to discover additional, large and high grade deposits within the district.

Tri Origin Exploration Ltd. (Canada) participates in discoveries through its 51 % common share interest in its public subsidiary. Tri Origin Minerals Ltd. (Australia) (click here for share participation structure).
