Overview
Location: North-western Ontario, 20 km southeast of Red Lake and approximately 1000 km north of Toronto. The Red Lake Extension project (“RLX”) covers the southeastern extension of the Red Lake greenstone belt - host to the Red Lake Mining District which has produced in excess of 20 million ounces of gold. The property is accessible by truck from Red Lake and is crossed by a number of 4-wheel drive and all terrain vehicle tracks and trails.
Highlights & Potential for Discovery: In February 2012, Osisko Mining Corporation entered into a $5.0 million option agreement to earn 51% interest in Tri Origin`s RLX Gold Project. Tri Origin will be the operator on the RLX property for the first year and Osisko will have the option to become operator each year thereafter.

The RLX property is underlain by extensions of rock units which host the neighbouring Red Lake Gold Mine operated by Goldcorp Inc. It comprises one of the largest contiguous land holdings in the Red Lake District. Geological, geophysical and geochemical work as well as over 30 diamond drill holes completed by Tri Origin have identified mineral occurrences and areas of altered rock containing anomalous gold. A large number of additional targets remain untested. Confirmation of the prospective, geological setting and encouragement from preliminary work warrants the continued systematic evaluation of new targets.
Description of Asset: The project comprises 100% ownership to mineral rights of 54 adjoining mining claims consisting of 735 claim units totalling an area of 120 square kilometres (11,760 hectares).
Reason for Selection: Red Lake is one of the richest gold districts in Canada and host to several major, operating and past-producing gold mines. The RLX property covers ten kilometres along the extension of the Cochenour-Gullrock Lake Deformation Zone (the "Mine Trend") and includes Balmer-type volcanic assemblages which host the majority of the gold production in the Red Lake camp. Earlier explorers did not recognize the extension of the Mine Trend and Balmer volcanic rocks and consequently the property was essentially unexplored for gold by previous workers.
Planned Exploration: Following the 2011 field season an area of interest has been outlined for which follow-up ground geophysical surveys will be completed. Historical ground geophysical surveys will also be re-evaluated for potential diamond drill targets. RLX will be aggressively explored during 2012. Follow-up drilling is also planned during 2012.
