The annual President's letter to shareholders is a good starting point to understanding the goals and vision of Tri Origin Exploration ("TOE") and to track the Company's ongoing efforts to create wealth for shareholders.

The Financial Reports page consists of the Company's quarterly, interim and annual financial statements and related management discussion and analyses. These reports will keep you abreast of TOE's financial position and the progress of the Company in achieving its goals. Relationship to TriAusMin

A major change in the corporate structure of the Company occurred in 2004 when an Initial Public Offering of our Australian affiliate, TriAusMin Limited was completed and it was listed separately on the Australian Securities Exchange under the trading symbol "TRO". In January 2010, TriAusMin was listed on the TSX with its shares trading under the symbol "TOR".  TriAusMin now acts as a stand-alone public company with its own board of directors and management.

In the past Tri Origin reported on the news, financial condition and corporate matters of its subsidiary and posted TriAusMin's public disclosure on its website.  Tri Origin stakeholders interested in the activities of the Company's affiliate are referred to the TriAusMin section of this site.  If you still can't find what you need, please contact us.
